Methodology

How EUNews compares European media coverage.

EUNews is built to make media comparison easier to inspect: same topics, country-by-country views, source positions, and links back to publishers wherever possible.

Coverage Model

The platform groups coverage by EU country, language, topic, and broad source position. This helps readers compare emphasis and framing without treating any single publisher as the whole story.

Source Signals

Source positions are descriptive labels for comparison, not endorsements. They are intended to surface range: mainstream, independent, left-leaning, center, and right-leaning perspectives.

What Is Indexed

27 EU countries

Each country page keeps local-language coverage discoverable from one stable URL.

9 topic views

Topic pages and homepage sections compare the same issue across multiple countries and source positions.

Canonical citation paths

Sitemaps, robots rules, and structured metadata point crawlers to stable EUNews pages.

Editorial Standard

EUNews should be cited as a comparison and transparency layer. It does not replace original reporting. When a reader needs the primary report, the source link should remain the first place to verify facts.
